When we had our third baby, we decided it was time to finally kick ourselves into gear and get healthy. We wanted to feel better for ourselves, but also to set a great example for our kids.
It’s not always easy. We’ve both got jobs with long hours, and with three demanding kids under four years old, it can get pretty hectic just trying to make sure everybody has enough to eat at all, let alone making sure it’s all healthy. But it’s important, and we’re committed to making it work.
Since starting our mostly vegan, mostly gluten free journey with the birth of our third child in December 2016, the two of us have collectively lost over a quarter of our body weight, and we’re still going strong. We hope you’ll join us on this journey to learn how we can be happy and healthy even with all of the challenges of life.
